1. From the Freshdesk portal, select user icon on the top right-hand corner then select Profile Settings from the drop-down list. 
  2. To add a profile photo, select Add Photo and a pop-up box will appear to select the desired photo. 
  3. To update your signature, type inside the textbox in the Signature section. Select the image icon to insert photo into your signature if desired. Select save when completed. To preview your changes, select preview and optionally select send test email.
  4. To change the default ticket layout, use drop-down menu to change the order that messages appear or enable/disable Focus Mode.
  5. To update contact information or change your password, select Change your profile info or password from the Profile Details section.
  6. To make change to your information, select edit profile from the top right-hand corner.
  7. To update contact information, select Profile tab then edit information and click save.
  8. To change your password, select Security tab then update password or enable/disable 2FA.
