- Select New > New Ticket from the drop-down box at the top of the portal.
- Starred fields are mandatory. Select contact(s), subject, status, type, priority and write a brief description of the request.
- The agent can be assigned at time of ticket creation or manually assigned later.
- Click create to publish the ticket.
